One of the most valuable species in the Garnet group for cutting gemstones, the Demantoid variety has a high refractive index, which gives the mineral its characteristic colorful brilliance. This trillion cut form has a medium olive color, with flashes of green, red, and yellow. There are some cloudy inclusions from the original host rock in the pavilion and corners of this gemstone that weighs 4.81 carats.
