This gorgeous 3.04-carat stone is a Yellow Sapphire. Sourced from one of the top localities for the variety, Sri Lanka, the Ceylon Yellow Sapphire displays a rich yellow hue and chic cushion shape. The stone has been expertly cut and faceted with mixed faceting, as the crown displays modified brilliant facets, and the pavilion exhibits modified step facets. The color is well-balanced, along with an excellent polish and proportions. Due to the excellent brilliance and intense scintillation, the gem produces dazzling light reminiscent of golden sunshine. Eye-clean and accompanied by a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) report stating no indications of heat, this Yellow Sapphire is a remarkable example of this sought-after variety.
