    Alphabet Agates

This oddity is actually naturally made and then enhanced by Man. These Agates are natural and have Iron inclusions which created the "letters" seen inside. Over time, lapidary artists collect this unique material to then be able to assemble an entire alphabet. This is one such offering as all the "letters" A-Z have been found and polished to be presented as a complete set. The skilled artist takes time to select the best examples of natural "letters" and then orientates them to be cut and polished to achieve the result offered here. These cabochons measure approximately half an inch each and display a strong orangey coloration against a colorless background. This is a true mineral peculiarity and, with that said, there happens to be an extra "t" for good measure.
