Property from the Estate of the Honorable Horst Denk and the Honorable Ruth Denk
Condition Report*:
All chairs are in good overall condition with wear consistent with age and use, including scattered nicks and scuffs throughout, particularly to the legs—likely from cleaning such as vacuuming. The joints where the arms meet the backrests show signs of repair. One yellow chair has a repair where the front of the seat meets the proper right leg, a small loss to the opposite joint, and minor tears to the front of the cushion. The other yellow chair has a repair to the same front seat joint and a small stain to the front of the seat. The green chair shows scattered discoloration to the upholstery, a square-shaped repair to the proper top left corner of the backrest, and repairs to feet of back legs.
