    A Pair of Phenomenal French Ebony and Gilt Wood Pedestals

    The pair of ebony Neoclassical fluted columnar pedestals with gilt flutes, with carved gilt bows suspending pendant swags, the lower portion of flutes with staggered carved foliate decoration; raised on stepped base with an upper band of gilt banded and reeded decoration and a lower band of gilt leaf and berry decoration.
