Danish furniture designer and historian Ole Wanscher, was one of the first Danish designers to develop furniture for mass production. He was a student of Kaare Klint at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. His work was heavily influenced by 18th century English furniture as well as previous styles from the Chinese, Greek, and Egyptians. His furniture is noted for its high quality construction and finish.
Overall in very good condition. Minor surface wear as appropriate to age.
