    An Important Pair of George III Mahogany Side Board Pedestals and Urns

    66.5 inches high x 19 inches wide x 18 inches deep

    The pedestals with canted fluted corners with door with applied incurving molding over door, each with cast bronze circular knob with lion's head, raised on gilt bronze ball and claw feet; the interior of one pedestal fitted with lead sheeting and warming rack, slide out drawer with frame for bowl insert and fitted lead lined compartment to drawer; the urns on socle base with Vitruvian scroll to upper rim and ball on socle finials, gilt bronze leopard head handles with bail, spigots, each with lead lining.

    Condition Report*: Normal signs of wear as appropriate with age. Repairs and replacements to veneer. Wear and losses to lead lining. Backs replaced.
