Condition Report*: case in very good condition with minor imperfections comprising lifting of finish just above concave base molding to right of keyboard and to the left far side a deep scratch to the veneer. The piano has been serviced by a single specialist for the last thirty years.  It was initially rebuilt 30 years ago after its purchase in California, then was completely gone over a second time 10 years ago.  While to the knowlege of the specialist and owner, the piano is in working order, it is being sold as is.
