    Navajo County, Arizona
    4.27 x 4.11 x 3.44 inches (10.85 x 10.43 x 8.75 cm)

    The "rainbow" Petrified Wood from Arizona has long been prized for its myriad of colors and hues. Slabs are prized by collectors, and it is hard to argue this material in general is not some of the best of its kind anywhere. This piece has incredible color, but it is also an entire stump with both a polished surface and a log section with preserved bark rind. The vibrant top was cut at a 45o angle to enhance its appearance.
