    9.25 x 7.28 x 0.38 inches (23.5 x 18.5 x 0.97 cm)

    Rare Woodworthia Petrified Wood comes from the same famed formation that produces the "rainbow" wood associated with the Arizona locality. Although not nearly as colorful as the ancient, fossilized pine tree fossils, it is beautiful and collectible in its own right. This specimen has a rather unusual shape, and the color is a general light taupe with accents of dark cream, glazed white, sea foam green, and, even, a little pinkish pocket near the margin. This 9 inch (22.86 cm) abstract is demure but not to be overlooked.
