The commonly termed "rainbow" Petrified Wood from Arizona has long been sought after by collectors and mere enthusiasts alike. The array and brilliance of the colors displayed in such material is what truly makes any specimen special. This large example almost 10 inches (25.4 cm) at maximum diameter is not only a 200 million year old fossil but also a decorative slab of blended orange, magenta, blue, and white.
