At nearly 28 inches (71 cm) at maximum diameter, this slab of Petrified Wood is rather large and is also rather unusual with an odd pattern. The huge irregular oval is, basically, brown in color with a large sea of mauve pink in the center of the huge slice. There are two bluish-white patches of crystalline material, adding to the mottled appearance of this massive specimen that can be either decorative or functional.
