    This blackish-brown fossil leaf is most noticeably large and looks much like a modern plant. The nearly complete botanical "hand" evidences a visible palmate venation and a stem that curves off the base of its flower. On a muddy grayish matrix, the big leaf dominates the landscape. There are remnants of other partial fossils on the rock that exhibits gentle contouring and frames this stout Green River fossil.
    Overall Measurements: 9.06 x 7.48 x 1.24 inches (23.00 x 19.00 x 3.14 cm)
