This "brittle star" fossilized Starfish has five flowing arms radiating from a round core. The rust orangey brown fossil rests on a tannish-gray matrix which has been worked to highlight the prehistoric resident. These ancient sea creatures are easily recognizable, and this is a finer example from the Sahara Desert.
