This sizable Dinosaur tooth is from T-rex, so not much else really needs to be stated about it. The example of theropod dentition is virtually touching 3 inches (7.6 cm) in straight-line length and is full of noteworthy attributes, including vivid color, superb luster, fine serrations, and robust form, just to name a few. The relatively massive offering, out of the renowned Hell Creek Formation, in Montana, dates to the Late Cretaceous when the "Tyrant Lizard" King ruled the harsh landscape. Some shallow, surface cracking is visible on this substantial curved and conical tooth, and wear over the tip is visible, confirming that this example was definitely well 'used' by its reptilian owner. An impressive specimen on all counts, this "monster from a monster" is no doubt highly collectible. Classic rich brownish coloration and slight T-rex 'twist' further exemplify the quality of this single tooth which has been expertly prepared for impactful display and is in overall excellent condition.
