This partial tooth once belonged to the massive theropod Carcharodontosaurus, one of the apex predators of the mid-Cretaceous North African ecosystem. The specimen displays the genus's signature characteristics: a broad, laterally compressed profile, finely wrinkled enamel, and remnants of large, evenly spaced serrations along the preserved edge. Deep reddish-brown coloration and well-defined surface texture enhance both the visual appeal and scientific value. Despite being incomplete, the tooth retains substantial mass and curvature, offering a compelling glimpse into the anatomy of one of the largest land carnivores to ever walk the Earth.
