This singular caudal vertebra is from a hadrosaurid, known as an Edmontosaurus. The offering from the famous Hell Creek Formation, in this case, out of North Dakota, is brown with texture and porosity. The bone is mostly complete, with part of the processes, including the vertebral column channel, still intact.
