This matched pair of sliced Cleoniceras Ammonite halves reveals the intricate internal structure of these extinct marine mollusks, which lived during the Cretaceous Period over 100 million years ago. Each half displays a beautifully preserved spiral of chambered segments, now filled with golden Calcite, rich browns, and occasional flashes of crystalline Quartz. The natural sutures that once separated gas chambers form elegant, wavy patterns throughout the fossils, enhancing the decorative appeal. Sourced from Madagascar, the Ammonite has been expertly cut and polished to showcase the full geometry and mineralization of the prehistoric shell.
