    1.04 x 0.25 x 0.17 inches (2.65 x 0.64 x 0.42 cm)

    While not technically dinosaurs since they did not live on land, Pterosaurs are commonly associated with the famed "terrible lizards" especially since they also lived during the Cretaceous Period during the heyday of the most famous of extinct types. This grainy and quite rugged tooth is from one such winged reptile and feature a mottled pattern. The tip is missing and there are some cracks, but otherwise it is a great find from an extinct creature.
