A unique piece from an unusual locality, this exotic fossil represents an ancient amphibian of the variety Eipolysemia ogygia out of Spain. Dating to the Basal Miocene from the Rubielos de Mora municipality in the province of Teruel. The fossilized creature measures just over 2 inches (5 cm) and exhibits brownish hues over its preserved form. The matrix is mottled, and there is a collection number "3973" on the back.
Overall Measurements: 3.14 x 2.56 x 0.47 inches (7.97 x 6.49 x 1.20 cm)
