    Condition Report*:

    The piece is cornered onto board; verso there is water damage along the extreme right edge and possible lower extreme edge visible recto but not effecting image; pencil notation x in lower right corner; recto approximately 1/4 inch circular surface abrasions in large white region of gas station in lower right quadrant with faint surface smudging in that region as well; very pale mat staining; and occasional scuffs and scratches throughout with associated discoloration. It's full sheet measurement is 25-3/4 x 38-3/4 in.
