    Chevalier d'Henin, Venice, 1785;
    Chevalier Emile Felix d'Henin, 1818;
    Chevalier Michele d'Henin, 1877;
    Private collection, New York.

    Featured in the drawing are several famous Roman monuments: the Tomb of Augustus (right), San Giovanni in Laterano (center), and the Basilica of Maxentius (left).


    Condition Report*:

    Good condition.  Areas of fine craquelure and scattered, small paint chips (notably along the left and right edges).  Tipped to archival backing board and matted in French window mat.
