    This painting will be included in the catalogue raisonné of the work of Maurice de Vlaminck, currently being prepared under the sponsorship of the Wildenstein Institute, Paris. The lot is accompanied by a duplicate letter of inclusion issued by the Wildenstein Institute on December 5, 2016 (the original letter issued on June 26, 2000).

    Condition Report*:

    Unlined canvas; there appears to be a few areas of craquelure, most notably in darker pigments; frame abrasions, most notably in lower right corner; under UV light, there appears to be a uneven discolored varnish layer that makes previous restoration difficult to discern.
