In his notes, Viktor recorded that this watercolor depicts "tipped concrete towers near Port Washington, Long Island."
There are remnants of masking tape around all edges verso. No other condition issues. Framed without glazing to an overall size of 23 1/4 x 31 1/4 inches. Annotated "sn 7932" with website information in graphite to verso.
