    Condition Report*:

    Wax-lined and re-varnished canvas; under UV examination, scattered flecks of in-painting throughout sky region, including a 1 x 1.5" L-shape and a .5" dot near top edge; minor in-painting at the base of two poplar trees, and minor scattered in-painting in orchard; possible older restoration, a 1 x 2" in-painted region in grass along lower edge; signature strengthened; otherwise good condition; frame edimensions:  30.5 x 35.5".
