    Landscape and still life painter Horace Burdick studied under Otto Grundmann and William Rimmer at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School. A painter, teacher, and writer, he became a member of the Boston Art Club, where he later exhibited his work. His paintings were acquired by numerous public institutions, such as the State House and Fanueil Hall in Boston, Memorial Hall in Cambridge, and MIT. He lived in Malden, Massachusetts.
