    Condition Report*:

Unlined canvas; there appears to be light surface grime and craquelure throughout with a few flakes of loss, most notably at center right edge between green and brown building; under UV exam, there appears to be strengthening in signature and in black details; however, this was most likely done by the artist when he dated the painting 1953 for exhibit at Garelick's Gallery.
