    Condition Report*: Child's Chair E.H.D 1860 - Sheet is hinged at top edge verso; light toning along extreme edges; there appear to be minor accretions in lower right corner; otherwise, remains in good condtion; framed under glass. View from a Window at Wellfleet - Sheet adhered to mount with clear corner clips; light toning along extreme edges; otherwise, remains in good condtion; framed under glass. Dormer Window - Sheet hinged to mat at top edge verso; overall paper discoloration with light toning along extreme edges; otherwise, remains in good condition; framed under glass.
