    EDOUARD LEON CORTES (French 1882-1969)
    Oil on canvas
    18in. x 21.5in.
    Signed lower right

    A Certificate of Authentication from Klein Galleries is included with this lot.

    Condition Report: Unlined original canvas, small pinhole in center with circle of oil bleeding (pinhole was used by Cortes to establish a vanishing point for perspective lines), overall excellent condition.

    David Dike: Nice example of Cortes. Agree with description, condition and value estimate.
    Brian Roughton: This work is by Cortes, c. 1960. Condition as noted.
