A FRENCH SILVER-PLATED, GILT BRONZE AND MARBLE ENCRIER AND CLOCK, late 19th century

The encrier with a silver-plated clock and putto atop a gilt bronze cloudscape, with acanthus and acorn-form finials to the two inkwells, on a shaped gray marble base with gilt bronze frieze, on four bun feet.
