The snuff boxes comprising hinged example with rough side inset with copper plaque: ROYAL GEORGE, Sunk 1782; hinged example with torch, quiver, and musical instrument motif; lady's shoe with brass inlay; hinged example with women and dogs in landscape and town scenery; hinged lid with military battles and figures, possibly in relation to Napoleon's conquests; and carved pipe with eagle motif.
Some errant age-related cracking to wood, chip near hinge to military example, musical example with painted ends which may indicate restoration, with wear commensurate with age and use.
