    Trophy engraved FOR HIS DISTINGUISHED SERVICE IN CONNECTION WITH HIS SUPPORT FOR A QUEST IN LAND, SEA & AIR SPEED RECORDS, PRESENTED TO CHARLES C. WAKEFIELD, FROM A.V. ROE & CO. LTD. & ROLLS ROYCE LTD., SAVORY HOTEL 23RD AUGUST 1936, with English hallmarks for Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, London, 1926; table top inset with silver disc engraved Fait Accompli Castrol, LAND SEA AIR ONWARD centered with crest.

    Condition Report*:

    Trophy bowl with dime-sized dent and minor errant pit spotting, small shallow crease to trophy bowl and scattered pin dents, scratch and scuffing to silver trophy standard, upper tray with repair to trim at edge, some age-related cracking to wood, light chip to veneer to edge of tripartite base, with wear commensurate with age and use.
