Group of (6) Mineral Specimens

Offered is an assortment of eight (6) small-cabinet to cabinet-sized mineral specimens from the Daniel "Dan" R. Kennedy collection-four (4) of which are from his original collection in the 1960s. Included is a Vanadinite specimen from the Geronimo Mine, which Dan notes as acquiring in Tucson as a kid; Aragonite from Chihuahua, Mexico; a combination specimen of Sphalerite, Galena, and Calcite from Naica, Mexico; a vug filled with Amethyst and Mordenite from Pune, India; a combination specimen of Sphalerite, Calcite, and Pyrite from Naica, Mexico; and somewhat iridescent Hematite (labeled as Turgite) with Calcite from Chihuahua, Mexico. Before coming into Dan's collection, the Hematite (Turgite) with Calcite was previously in the Ed N. Harrison collection.
