Offered is a set of two (2) cabinet-sized Calcite specimens from the Vieja Mine in Mexico, which is not known for producing many specimen-quality materials, compared to other neighboring mining localities. Both pieces are fully composed of flattened rhombohedral Calcite crystals that are arranged in floral clusters. The crystals are lined with serrated edges, are white and opaque to transparent, and have a shimmery exterior.
