    A Ralph Norman Queen Anne Figured Walnut-Veneered Oak Tall Case Clock, Poole, England, circa 1700

    The tall case clock with a flat top and molded cornice above a fretwork frieze and pilasters flanking an early square dial with silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, a subsidiary seconds chapter and date aperture, all surrounded by applied gilt bronze mask and foliate spandrels, veneered throughout in richly figured walnut, with chevron bands to the door, all atop a plinth base, the movement with inside count wheel and bell striking every hour.

    Condition Report*: Crack to veneer at front of base, scattered cracks, chips, and repairs to veneer, a few scattered fine surface scratches and abrasions, some toning and surface scratches to metal components, with wear commensurate with age and use. Key is included. Heritage does not guarantee the completeness or working order of clock mechanisms.
