Condition Report*: The chairs exhibit wear commensurate with age and use throughout. The leather shows surface wear including scuffs, cracking, and areas of splitting. The aluminum components with surface wear and scuffing consistent with regular use. Overall, the chairs remain structurally stable. Seat height of each: 16-1/4 inches.

One example with scuffs and cracking to the leather throughout; the upper portion of the backrest with an approximately 1.5-inch scratch, and the lower portion with a small scuff near the proper right lower corner. The armrests with cracking throughout, most pronounced to the proper right armrest, which exhibits larger areas of cracking. The reverse of the backrest with scuffing to the edges throughout, residue to the panels, and a more pronounced scuff to the upper panel at the proper right side; the lower panel with similar wear and slightly loose but stable attachment at the proper left side. The legs appear solid, with surface wear commensurate with age. The vertical support securing the seat with areas of rust.

The second example with comparable overall wear; the seat cushion exhibiting more extensive splitting to the leather throughout. The armrests with similar wear to the first example, with most wear concentrated along the edges; the outer edge of the proper right armrest with an approximately 1-inch loss to the leather. The underside with surface staining. The vertical support securing the seat with areas of rust.
