Condition Report*: The chair exhibits significant wear throughout. The original leather upholstery shows cracking, scuffs, and areas of splitting, most notably to the upper and lower sections of the backrest and across the seat cushion; the seat cushion with an approximately 1-1/4-inch tear to the center. The aluminum components with surface scuffing commensurate with regular use. The proper left armrest with small scratches throughout. The backrest is slightly warped. Overall, the chair remains stable. One caster is not fully seated within its housing, resulting in impaired rolling; the same caster with moderate wear to one side.
