    A PAIR OF ENGLISH GLAZED TILE PANELS

    Marks: impressed globe
    31-1/2 inches (80.0 cm) high, each
    Inspired by the designs of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, each four-tile panel mounted in a painted wood frame, one entitled Morn, the elegantly dressed gentleman holding a crossbow, a quiver and sword at his sides, standing on a checkered tile floor amongst florals, his back turned to the viewer, and one entitled Night, the serene lady clad in a long gown and playing a hand organ, standing on a similar checkered tile floor amongst florals


    Condition Report*: Overall in good condition.  Surface wear, discoloration, and minor abrasions on the backs of the tiles.  Some crazing and surface scratches on the fronts of the tiles.  Morn's tiles numbered on the reverse, B1, B2, B3, and B4.
