The man leans forward standing with large feet for stability, thick legs, a soft modeled chest, and arms raised to the head guarding a burden strap. The face is in a refined and natural expression having gentle smooth lines, a very natural nose and the lips extending a bit. Originally having a jar attached to the back, the figure is now with fill over the loss and has the left foot restored. He exhibits a refined and carefully crafted quality with a smooth surface, strong character, and wonderful surface quality.
