    A PORCELAIN DRAGONWARE TEA SERVICE
    Maker unknown, c.1950

    Comprising a teapot, creamer, lidded sugar bowl, four demitasse cups and saucers, two tea cups, six saucers, and six side plates decorated with a moriage dragon on an ivory to black ground, the demitasse cups have a lithophane of a geisha to the bottom of the cup, some stamped underside Made in Japan, partial lot shown
    The tallest: 7in.


    Condition Report*: Normal signs of wear as appropriate with age; the teapot has a tight stress crack, approx. 1.5in. long, to the reverse; radiating stress crack to the center of one demistasse saucer; factory chip to the underside rim of one saucer.
