    A Pair of Sèvres Enameled and Partial Gilt Porcelain Vases with Gilt Bronze Ring Handles, France, circa 1892
    Marks: S. 92, (RF DECORE A SEVRES mark for 1892)
    15 inches (38.1 cm) (each)

    PROPERTY FROM A LA JOLLA, CALIFORNIA COLLECTOR

    The porcelain and enameled vases, each with gilt and enamel accents to mouth, shoulder, and stepped base, with burnished gilt bronze handles finely chiseled as lion masks.



    Condition Report*: Loose base to one vase, slight oxidation to metal mounts, and rubbing and flaking to gilding, especially to bases, with wear commensurate with age and use.
