    A Monumental Faience Jardiniere

    Unknown maker, French
    Circa 1900
    Tin glazed earthenware
    Marks: E.U. 1900 with conjoined JE
    44 inches long

    The trilobed form molded with confronted dolphins centering a floral basket, the sides molded with horned masks, decorated in an allover pattern of floral sprigs centered by floral baskets, glazed in green, yellow, cobalt blue and orange.
