    A French Partial Dessert Service

    Ed. Honore á Paris, France
    Late Nineteenth Century
    Porcelain, enamel, gilt
    Marks: two plates signed in green enamel Ed. Honore á Paris
    8.75 in. diameter (plates), 8 in. high (tureen), and 8.75 in. diameter (compotes)

    Comprising a covered tureen, two compotes and eight plates; the tureen with applied gilded handles and double loop knop, with gilded paw feet; the two compotes monogrammed PS and with gilded paw feet, all with apricot borders and gilt embellishment.

    Condition Report*: Normal signs of wear as appropriate with age, typical wear to gilt and gilt monograms, one compote with two chips at base
