    Each of amphora form with rims, collars, and necks bearing banded and keyed ornamentation, bodies with pate-sur-pate-style enamel and gilded decoration set against cobalt ground, front of largest with well-detailed allegorical scenery titled with gilt poem from an English translation of The Suppliants, from the tragedies of Aeschylus below: ROUND THEE WHERE'ER THOU LEAD'ST THE WAY. JOYFUL THE FROLIC CUPIDS ROVE, reverse with pate-sur-pate female mask flanked by two cherubs issuing torches, artist signature below B. 63, two smaller urns with conforming decoration, fronts with allegorical male and female figure, reverses with instrument and olive branch motifs, largest with three medallion portraits to base.

    Condition Report*: Few minor scratches, scratch to cartouche to one, one handle to smaller with old break and minor flake loss, light fleabite to foot of largest, otherwise in good condition presenting well.
