    Viktor's technical notes on Mrs. Cassidy record the following: "CLAY: George Fetzer red sculpture clay. Modeled directly. ENGOBE: B-b [Blackbird] clay over entire surface. GLAZE: Raw crackle toned with dark brown underglaze and burnt umber. FIRE: Cone 04."

    Viktor named his prize-winning sculpture of a kangaroo mother with baby in pouch after the fictional cowboy, Hopalong Cassidy.
