    A LUCIE RIE EARTHENWARE VASE
    Dame Lucie Rie, (Austrian, 1902-1995), England, 1981
    Marks: LR (monogram in rectangle)
    11-1/8 inches high (28.3 cm)

    The vase with flaring everted rim over the elongated neck, above the bulbous body continuing to the extended cylindrical foot, the interior of the rim with green inlaid pinstripes stretching to the bronze rimmed lip, the neck with two bronze bands and green inlaid pinstripe.
