A Large Chinese Hardwood Carved Libation Cup
7 x 7-1/2 x 5-1/4 inches (17.8 x 19.1 x 13.3 cm)

Three Chilong figures carved in high relief coiling on the mouth rim of the cup, the body featuring a taotie mask surrounded by fretwork decorative bands and rectangular panels carved with antiques and auspicious symbols, all supported by a raised foot, the base also with a reticulated carved chilong figure.
