Ça 450-650 AD
3½" High x 2½" Wide
These lively slender figures were modeled to become characters in a scene. Their faces were molded. The female wears a red and white plumed headdress. Her hair is clipped in three layer tiers. The male figure wears a headdress with three vertical plumes. These characters remind one of the dancers in Teotihuacan murals that depict Tlalocan, the paradise of the ancients.
