Slipped and painted ceramic
Plate: 2" High x 11¾" Wide
Cylinder: 6¾" High x 3½" Wide
The interior of the plate is painted with diamond shapes enclosing black and red lines. The black and red diamonds alternate to form a pattern. The plate was a tripod, but the feet are now missing. It has a central "kill hole" from which the spirit was released. The drinking vessel is painted with the representation of jaguar spots. The rim of the vessel is chipped and both objects have suffered wear to their surfaces.
