    PROPERTY FROM THE STUDIO OF EMILIA CASTILLO

    The ovoid-form teapot with finely textured ground, surmounted by a cast octopus spreading it's tentacles over the edges of the hinged lid while pursuing a rosewood and silver fish lid-lift, C-scroll handle with tentacle thumb rest, raised on an ovular foot. With original storage box bearing a label inscribed Emilia Castillo.
